I've black long natural Asian hair that needed long layers in the front and more bounce/play. My old hair made me look like a crossover between Pocahontas and The Grudge. I came out of their shop looking like a New York 10, an overpaid influencer, a hair commercial if you may. I saved a video from TikTok of how I wanted my hair to be cut, showed this to the lady and she copied the exact haircut. What amazed me was how she managed to wash, cut and blow-dry my hair within 25 minutes and it turned out fabulous. I've visited Adam & Eva, Toni and Guy, Modern Design, all of which are expensive chains. All of them spending twice as much time, costing twice the price, and only half of the times did they meet my expectations. The skill of this lady at Estetic Frisør made me question all these overpriced hairdresser salons in Oslo. What sorcery is this? And I only paid 500 NOK? Is this for real?
